At Sajni (Multi-Designer Store), we value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a request.

Return Policy

Initiating a Return Request (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Order number
Product name
Copy/screenshot of original receipt
Clear pictures of the item
Detailed reason for return

Preparing Your Return

Before sending the item back:

Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged All original tags must be attached
Take clear photographs for documentation
For multiple item returns, please submit a separate return request for each item.

Return Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond within 24 hours.

If approved, you will receive a confirmation along with the return address and instructions.

All approved items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Returns received after 7 days may not be accepted.

Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Defective item
Incorrect item received
Incomplete order (missing components)
Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Made-to-order outfits

Customized or stitched articles
Formal wear purchased in standard sizes due to change of mind
Items returned in damaged, worn, washed, altered, or tampered condition
Color bleeding, fading, or damage caused by washing or ironing is not covered under this policy.

Refund Details

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer.
Refunds can only be processed to Pakistani bank accounts.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after Sajni receives and approves the returned item.
Sajni is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes.

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval of returned items.
All claims must be made within the stated time limits.
